A local buying cooperative has been formed in Franklin County to purchase herbs, food, and household items in bulk and from local producers. Items to purchase might include: nuts, legumes, grains, produce, meat, honey, maple syrup, and more. If you are interested, we want to get together with you at a community potluck, eat good food, and share some information! Please join us on Sunday, January 19th from 5-7pm at Martha's Kitchen (139 Lake St, St Albans City)! All are welcome!
Purpose: We will gather together to share a meal, build community, and share the mission and details of the newly forming buyer's club in Franklin County.
Accessibility: There is accessible parking available outside of the building and the building is on the ground floor. There is an accessible bathroom. If you need sign language interpretation, please reach out and let us know. We are committed to accessibility for all. This is true for this and any other meetings going forward. If we missed something, don't hesitate to bring it to our attention.
Food: If you are able, please bring a dish to share. A variety of soups (gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian) will be available.
Childcare: Children are welcome and childcare will be provided.
