Hi...Beth here, Consider joining me + other like minded women for 4 Sundays (January 12, 19, 26 + Feb. 2nd) from 4-6pm as we dive deeply into our second chakra (energy center located just below our belly buttons) The second Chakra is the keeper of our creativity, our self worth, emotional balance, sensuality, sexuality and fertility. Often times in the darker months we tend to allow this center to go stagnate....
We'll explore this center through various lenses: yoga, meditaiton + conversations and come out the other side with a new understanding and love for this powerful center of ours as women.
