The Ho Ho Ho Holiday Stroll is happening this Saturday, December 7 throughout the entire city from VUHS to the Bixby to the Vergennes Opera House and City Park. Ho, ho heads up - SD Ireland lighted cement truck is not coming to Vergennes this year but rather heading north, spreading cheer (and light!) to the folks up in Fairfax & Milton. However, - NEW THIS YEAR - 40th Army Band will perform a not-to-miss concert beginning at 4:00pm at Vergennes Opera House!

Vergennes Partnership will oversee the activities at the Opera House - pictures with Santa, crafts, cookie decorating, and storytime with Mrs. Claus. (1:00-3:00); baby sheep are arriving at City Park mid afternoon, then fire pits and marshmallows at dusk. To culminate the day at 5:15pm, with the wave of the mayor's hand, the lights go bright throughout the Park!

And speaking of magic - MAGIC on MAIN takes place this coming Thursday, December 12 from 5-8pm. Just as the store windows are decorated with their finest holiday decor, come on in and see what's inside!

Refreshments, specials, and surprises will fill the evening up, down, and around Main.
