The Free Indeed Christmas Event is this Saturday Dec. 7 from 9 am until noon at the Middletown Springs Community Church. So many people have answered our calls for donations! We have so many wonderful things to share! This event is a "win - win - win - win". The people who have donated "win" because they know they are helping someone at this special time of year. The volunteers who work to make this happen "win" because we hear the "thanks". People who need the items obviously "win". But there is another group that we've come to recognize as "winners" . Those who come and tell us that they are getting things for someone else - maybe a neighbor or a friend. "I want to help my friend who is finally off the streets, but I can't afford to buy things for his apartment. Look at all the stuff I found for him!" Please remind everyone that they are all invited this Saturday. Doors open at 9 am but there will be some "early bird specials" outside.
