Disabled Access & Advocacy of the Rutland Area (DAARA) will hold its monthly meeting from 10:30 a.m. to noon in the Fox Room at the Rutland Free Library, 10 Court Street in Rutland. This will immediately be followed by the DAARA and Vermont Center for Independent Living's (VCIL) Holiday Celebration from noon to 1:30 p.m. . Light refreshments will be served. All are welcome to attend one, or both, of these events and learn about our services, programs and local activities! If you can, please bring a non-perishable food item or two to donate to one of the local food banks.
