Focus Group on "Barriers to Voting for People with Disabilities & Proposed Solutions," in Room 266, Asa Bloomer Building, 88 Merchants Row, Rutland. This event is sponsored by Disability Rights Vermont and the Vermont Center for Independent Living. It is made possible through funding through the Help America Vote Act of 2002 and a generous contribution from the VT Secretary of State, Elections Division. There will be a $30 stipend for participants and light refreshments available. This is a chemical and scent-free event.
