Youth Deconstruction Program at the Bixby

Ever wondered how your window fan works? Or what is inside the coffee maker other than coffee? Sometimes the best way to discover is to take it all apart. The ever popular deconstruction session is back! Participants are asked to bring their own tools and have them clearly labeled with their name on each tool.

Tools needed:
screw drivers: Philips and flat head
Allen wrenches of all sizes
socket wrenches
pliers of different sizes and types
hammers… only for tapping, or using the claw
safety glasses/ goggles
No power tools.
Dress for mess, old clothed you don't mind getting ruined or grungy. Pack a beverage, snack and a lunch.
