Together with The Hyde Park Community Circle, The Gihon Valley Hall will be kicking off the holiday season as we light our neighborhood wreath on Friday, November 29th. Join us at 5pm at the Gihon Valley Hall to turn on the lights and toast to the most wonderful time of year.
We'll have warm drinks, songs to sing, and we welcome you to bring any ornaments or adornments you'd like to donate to the display.
If you'd like to purchase a light for the wreath in honor of a loved one or special occasion, we'll commemorate it at the lighting event. For more details, visit the Hyde Park Community Circle on Facebook or contact Deb Henderson at 851-8136.
Don't be late! Weatherizing and heating the hall is on our wish list, but Santa hasn't delivered yet. So when the hot cocoa cools off, we'll be on our merry way. The lights, however, will stay lit into the month of January.
