The Mad Quilters Guild is sponsoring a Quilt Show on Oct. 5th at the Waitsfield Inn from 11am -2 pm. Projects featured include Lap Quilts, Baby Quilts, Table Runners, Placemats, Folded Single Bed Quilts, Handbags, Totes and quilts from collections. Some of the quilts will be for sale. Quilters from the Valley are invited to participate depending on the availability of space at the INN. The show is free and will provide visitors the opportunity to learn about the Guild's sewing projects. Some are fun projects, others are for charity. The Mad Quilters meet every month on the second Tuesday 6:30 PM at Harwood High School. All quilters and levels of quilting are welcome. Contact Nancy at 496-9416 if you would like to show a quilt.
