French Conversation Group at MCL Note Followup Dates

Past event
Oct 1, 2019, 5:30 to 6:30 PM

Meeting times are 5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. at Manchester Community Library. Parlez-vous Français?

Brush up on your French conversation skills at Manchester Community Library. Burr and Burton Academy, Maple Street School, and MCL are teaming up to offer an eight-week session on Tuesdays, October 1 through November 19, at 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. in the Cafe Commons. BBA French teacher Michelle Emery along with French teacher Lizzy Lindenberg from Maple Street School will keep the meetings lively.

These meetings are not lessons, rather opportunities to practice conversation skills. Most meetings center on a theme and are geared towards those with intermediate or advanced skills. Beginners are always welcome, but their participation may be limited to listening and absorbing until they are ready to join the conversation.

The meetings are free and open to everyone. Manchester Community Library members do have the added advantage of using "Mango Languages" and "Powerspeak", online foreign language learning systems available for free through their library membership. Info: 802-362-2607.
