Every two years, all Major Parties in Vermont go through a reorganization process, starting with town/city committee caucuses in September. Winooski's Progressive Party Organizing Caucus has been scheduled for Wednesday, September 25th, at 5:00 PM at Scout & Co. Coffee Shop, 1 E. Allen St.
