"THE UNTOLD STORY OF THE CUBAN MISSILE CRISIS"

Author Michael Tougias will present a lecture highlighting President Kennedy's decision-making process during this highly stressful time. Tougias is a New York Times bestselling author and co-author of 29 books, including seven survival at sea stories. His latest book, Above and Beyond, views the Cuban Missile Crisis from an unusual perspective. This is the third of nine Fall Series lectures sponsored by the Lamoille Valley Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, and will be on Wednesday Sept. 18 at the Commodores Inn, 823 S. Main Street, Stowe. Sessions start promptly at 1:30 p.m. The Fall Series membership for the remaining lectures is $30. Individual tickets for one lecture are $5.
