Yoga for Recovery is for every human, because we are all recovering from something, or walking beside someone that is in struggle. We all need toolkits to stay resilient and opportunities to receive healing and recovery of our nervous systems.
I host a beautiful space at Laughing River Yoga on Sundays from 4-5:15pm.
You will receive a combination of restorative yoga and yin yoga practices, meditation, breath work and sound healing. As an energy healing, I also provide this as part of my offering and strategies that we can use to manage stress and build resilience- and experience joy!
We practice and share together, building a supportive community for each other,
No experience is necessary, all levels welcome.
It is donation based, with a variety of options that can be found on the Laughing River website.
There are both in-person and virtual options. You can sign up or just show up... we'd love to see you:).
