The Cabot Public Library is sponsoring the Reintroduction to 4-H Program in the Willey Building. Mr. Michael Wilson, of the UVM Extension Service for Washington County, will explain what assistance is available for 4-H Clubs, as well as the experience of other communities with active 4-H programs. The meeting is organized by the Cabot Agricultural Network to explore the level of interest among potential leaders, parents of children who might be interested, and others who might contribute facilities such as barns or stables for the reintroduction of 4-H programs in Cabot. If the meeting shows sufficient interest in this project, the plan is to establish a community group to organize the creation and implementation of a program tailored to the wishes of the participants.
