Breathing 101, with Peak Performance and Whole Health Nutrition

Are you interested in learning how to use your breath to deepen your meditations, enhance your yoga experiences, improve your athletic performance, or simply reduce your stress? Josh Wellenstein, DPT of Peak Performance will guide us using postural restoration breathing techniques ; they’ll help align your posture and support your breathing. Kimberly Evans, RD of Whole Health Nutrition will be on hand to discuss and sample supportive foods geared toward improving oxygen delivery through the body; this lecture will be a comprehensive lesson in breathing beautifully!
