This fall, one day a week, give your child the opportunity to freely explore the forest, learn naturalist skills, craft around the fire, play wildly, and make music with a community of friends and mentors.
There are still some spaces left for our Fall 2019 Thursdays in Underhill and Fridays in Richmond for grades 1-8.
If your child can't make the full day program, they can still get a taste of the forest school with our Wildwoods Afterschool program, Thursdays, 3-5:30pm in Underhill.
If you haven't seen the benefits of time in nature for yourself, many studies demonstrate the academic, social, emotional, and physical benefits of outdoor exploration, play, and study for children. Check out our website research page (www.retribe.org/nature-mentorship-research).
