Dear Argyle Residents,
The Argyle Solid Waste Committee has a meeting scheduled for Monday, August 19, 7:00pm at the Municipal Building. Based on discussion at last Wednesday's Town Board meeting, we believe the purpose of the meeting is to review plans for a proposed large animal composting facility. This may be a terrific project! We are not running an opposition campaign. However, we want to make sure that Argyle residents are informed about town issues and we want you to know about this meeting.

I apologize if this notice isn't published until after the meeting. We only learned that it had been scheduled today.
