Work on the VT Route 110/Mill Street intersection project (in East Barre) will begin in August. The project will change the alignment of Mill Street and its intersection with Rt. 110. During construction Mill Street between Rt. 110 and the fire station overhead doors will be limited to one-way traffic from Rt. 110 toward the fire station. Traffic going towards Rt. 302 will have to detour.

The VT Agency of Transportation will hold a public information meeting on Tuesday, August 13 (not the 6th as previously announced) during the Barre Town Selectboard meeting. The meeting will be held in the Municipal Building at 149 Websterville Road.

If you live near the intersection, or travel through it regularly, consider attending this public meeting to get more information.
