Escape the stress and routine of daily life for an afternoon of reconnecting with yourself, your heart and your soul.

This fun, non-judgmental process is an intuitive journey for self-discovery that invites you to listen to your body, feelings and inner wisdom, and to freely express yourself.

No art experience is necessary, just your willingness to show up and be open-minded to the intuitive painting process.

We start with a Sharing Circle and then a guided relaxation meditation before we begin the painting process.

All supplies are provided. Bring lunch and water to drink.
