Focaccia is a great way to take a simple bread and dress it up to impress your friends and family. Randy George of Red Hen Baking Co. will share some key tips about how to make a good dough and how to bake that dough to create the basis for a meal unto itself. Everyone will get to make their own focaccia to take home. Although we will be baking this in Rise Up's wood fired oven, we will discuss how you can get great results in your home oven too. The workshop goes from 1:00 to 5:00 PM and costs $75. There is limited space so sign up right away by going to oldlaborhall.org and click on bakery for paying and signing up for the workshop.
