This week long day camp is open to students currently in grades 4 through 8 that play a string, woodwind, brass, or percussion instrument. All musicians will play in symphony orchestra led by BHS Orchestra Director Kathleen Kono and jazz orchestra led by ADL Band Director Adam Sawyer making it a great opportunity to learn some new musical styles in a large ensemble setting. In addition, students can choose two electives from: chorus, theater/drama, hand drumming, ukulele, outdoor rec, and jazz improvisation as well as receive instrument-specific instruction from some of our area's best music educators. Camp culminates in a Friday afternoon concert at 2pm featuring both large ensembles and elective groups. Come play with us!
