General Meeting will be held under the tent from 5-6:30pm with a reception and celebration to follow.

Special guest speaker Pamela Krausz from Vermont Companion Animal Neutering (VT-CAN) will speak on the importance of low-cost spay/neuter efforts and community partnerships to help reduce homelessness in Vermont companion animals.

NCAL will be naming the Bunny Libby Spay/Neuter Fund in loving memory of our friend, supporter and animal advocate, Bunny Libby.
