BONES FIT FRIDAYS: Begins June 7 at 10:00AM Richmond Congregational Church Fellowship Hall. Explore Multi-Joint Weight Training, Bodyweight Strengthening, Muscular Sculpting, Qigong, Yoga, Visualization & Relaxation to create the fit, lean, strong, healthy body you desire. This course will continue 10-11 am for 4 weeks in June, 6/7, 6/14, 6/21, 6/28 with an appreciated weekly offering of $8-10 to certified teacher, Dawn Decker. (It is suggested for the full experience, participating weekly.) Wear loose comfortable clothing & bring a smile. Weights & chairs are provided. (No mats needed.) Women & men of all ages are welcome.
