Have you every worried about "the summer slide," and your children losing academic momentum from the school year? Do you feel like they have to start fresh once September comes around? We hear you! Research indicates that students forget the math content and skills from over two months of their school curriculum during the summer vacation.
In this one-hour, interactive workshop, you will learn simple, effective, and fun (we promise!) strategies to help support your children's math learning this summer.
You don't need to be a math wiz, a teacher, or a homeschool expert to make math relevant for your children. You will walk away from this workshop with tangible strategies, games, and tools to integrate math into your summer rhythm. Whether your child is an excellent, average, or struggling math student, you will walk away feeling confident and ready to support your child's learning this vacation.
This workshop is appropriate for families with children in elementary school, or families with younger children who are interested in learning.
