Join us on Sunday, May 19, for a Music and Spirit Service titled, 'Within the FLOW'. This service will focus on the energy inside us -- also known as the wheels of life, or chakras in Hinduism and Buddhism. We will be joined by guest speaker Heidi Kvasnak of Yoga Roots and musician Zach Cohen. The service will be facilitated by All Souls Interfaith minster Kim Marie Glynn.
Heidi shares, "May is a time of revelation. That which has been hidden in the cold, dormant earth now affirms the existence of vibrancy, beauty and life itself. This palpable flow of energy reminds us of our own capacity to be in a times of darkness and pain, and still declare our longing to grow love, and be a warm and shining presence. The elements associated with the Chakras can inspire us to deepen our awareness of the ways in which we step in and out of the flow within."
Our Sunday Morning Meditation is from 9am - 10am and will be led by Barbara Benton.
