Bella Voce Women's Chorus is excited to once again present Robert De Cormier's historical cantata "They Called Her Moses," a moving description of the incredible life and work of Harriet Tubman through dramatic narration and spirituals. Actress Louise De Cormier will reprise her role as narrator for this extraordinary work. We'll also be singing other pieces including several beautiful and fun folk tune arrangements by Vermont's own Moira Smiley who performs, writes and arranges music performed by millions of singers world-wide, and a new version of "Down By the Riverside" for women's voices by Brant Adams commissioned by Bella Voce this spring.
