Senior Walk

Past event
May 7, 2019, 10:30 to 11:30 AM

Join Guilford Cares and Guilford Conservation Commission on Tuesday, May 7 at 10:30 a.m. for a walk along the Weeks Forest Carriage Trail in Guilford.

This year we are exploring the trail in very early spring so that we can identify emerging wild flowers and ferns with Karen Murphy while the Broad Brook is at its springtime fullness. This is an easy walk, 0.8 mile total on a flat woodland path with benches along the way. We recommend shoes suitable for muddy conditions.

Meet at the trailhead on Carpenter Hill Rd. across from the one-room schoolhouse (a short distance from the library) or park at the library and walk to the trailhead.

For more information: contact Guilford Cares at 579-1350 or gcares@comcast.net.
