Seniors meet to talk about the many aspects of aging in place; health, fitness, communication with family, wisdom from life experiences, or something new we hadn't thought of before! There is no set agenda. Participants determine what comes up.

Support Group meets the first and third Thursdays of the month at the BBCC from 1-2:00. February dates are the 6th and 20th.

Facilitators, Deb Albright and Mary Libby, keep the discussions lively and we always stress confidentiality. As the participants often say, "Getting together makes life better."
