We invite people from the community and their families who may have experienced spinal cord injury themselves or know of somebody who did to join us for a community event on June 6, 2019 to be held at UVM.
The purpose of this event is to disseminate the findings from the International Spinal Cord Injury (INSCI) study to address quality of life and well-being of people with spinal cord injuries in the community. Our audience for this event will include consumers, clinicians, and local policy-makers. At the end of the event, we will identify and discuss common barriers associated with spinal cord injuries and will explore potential solutions and research questions in the future. Light refreshments will be provided during the event.
If you are interested in attending, please contact Reuben Escorpizo at reuben.escorpizo@med.UVM.edu or call 802-6563253.
