The Visitor Center will be making s'mores with our VT Sharp cheddar and Laughing Moon chocolate Saturday 4/20 from 11:00 - 3:00pm.
You might not have ever considered adding cheddar cheese to S'mores, but trust us, there's nothing quite like it. By adding the marshmallows with the cheddar, you get a tasty, lactose-free dessert that features some complex flavors—the sharp cheddar provides a nice bite that complements the sweet chocolate.
