The Octet will perform Haydn's Seven Last Words of Christ on the Cross at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church on Good Friday, April 19, at 7:00 p.m.
The work is for four solo voices (SATB) and string quartet.
Each "word" is a phrase that Jesus said while on the cross.
This is the 29th year that the Octet has performed this work throughout northern and central Vermont.
