Come join the Maple Corner Community Center for a Cinco De Mayo Brunch! We'll have three traditional brunch options, with a Mexican Flare! Tentative Menu includes:
#1 - Huevos Rancheros- 2 poached eggs served with pan fried polenta cakes, seasoned organic black beans, Mexican home fries, homemade queso fresco, salsa and crema
#2 - Eggs Bennie Mexican style- 2 poached eggs, served on homemade pan fried masa gorditas, with crispy chorizo, homemade queso fresco and cilantro lime hollandaise served with Mexican home fries
#3 - Tropical French toast- thick sliced Red Hen bread bathed in French toast custard, sizzled in butter, topped with caramelized plantains and drizzled with homemade dulce de leche

All brunch dishes served with chips & Guacamole, coffee or tea and homemade orange limeade.
