Each $100 Mud Season Raffle ticket sold by the Montpelier Rotary supports:

1.) The Club's Backpack Program, where each week, children of Union Elementary School, identified as food insecure, receive supplemental assistance. Montpelier Rotary has founded, funded, prepared and staffed this program for over three years. Currently, 50 eligible children take part in this program, and the need continues to grow.

3.) Lost Nation Theater, who dedicates itself to staging stories about the hopeful possibilities of human interaction; to education; and to realizing the powerful potential of theater to transform people and communities. While supporting this local programming, you are entered into our raffle. Yes, the grand prize is $10,000 ($7,000 after taxes); but, we also have wonderfully generous local establishments donating gift certificates you may win! AND, each ticket is good for two admissions to the Raffle event itself. After the rave reviews of last year, we are returning to Vermont College of Fine Art's Alumni Hall on Friday, May 3rd at 6pm. You need not be present to win; but, but one ticket admits two and includes hors d'oeuvres and an open bar catered by Barre's Cornerstone Pub!
