Essex Junction residents: The Planning Commission will be meeting on Thursday, March 21th at 6 PM at the Village Offices.

The meeting will begin with a public meeting on updates to the Comprehensive Plan. This is the second of three public meetings (the next meeting is scheduled for April 18). The PC will discuss the land use, transportation, and energy sections of the Comprehensive Plan. The plan is updated every five years and outlines how the Village intends to develop. Policies in this plan will guide our community in making planning and development decisions. The PC will then hold a public hearing to consider giving final site plan approval for 7 Park Terrace to convert a former private home with an accessory apartment and in-home office to five residential units. Ten parking spaces will also be included with this project.
