Would you like to get involved in the community? The Huntington Town Volunteer Fair will be held on Sunday, March 9, noon to 2 pm, at the Huntington Public Library. Representatives from various groups will be on hand to talk about their organizations, committees and projects - and you can sign on right then or go home and think about it.

Right now, there are some obvious needs:
1. Fire Department members
2. Richmond Rescue members (always)
3. Conservation Commission members
4. Planning Commission member (1)
5. Development Review Board members (if it is implemented - but, come and learn more on this topic)
6. Times Ink mailing volunteer
7. Green-Up Day volunteers
8. Meals on Wheels
9. people for one-time projects or limited committees
Etc. - you get the picture

Snacks will be provided, compliments of the Selectboard. Stop by the Library and check out the opportunities. If more people get involved in our town and we will all benefit.
