Get excited for spring gardening and join your community at Vermont Community Garden Network's 9th Annual Seed Swap on Saturday, March 2nd from 11-2pm at the Fletcher Free Library in Burlington! This event is open to the public and we invite seed swappers to bring their well labeled seeds (variety, year harvested, planting instructions) or a small donation and explore the world of community seed swapping!

Sophie of Birdseed Gardens will be discussing collecting and saving herbal seeds from 11-noon

Anne Miller of Marshfield, VT will be discussing her own home seed growing and saving operation from 1-2pm

The following community partners will be there to answer your pressing questions and help you get involved in the garden community: Burlington Area Community Gardens, Burlington Permaculture, Food Fight VT, UVM Seed Research Project…and more!
