Learn about backyard sugaring from tapping to tasting with the man himself, Burr Morse. Burr will cover preparing, timing, collecting, boiling and finishing in this 2 hour class. Vermont Evaporator Company will be on hand and demonstrate their backyard set ups. Limited spots available, $ 15 per person ( 6 years and older) only 18 years and older pay, you may have one minor 6-17 yrs attend with one paying adult. Fee due at sign up.

Candy making more your thing? Join Elliott from 1:00-3:00 pm as he shows you how to make pure maple candy the old fashioned way and with new fangled equipment! take home your tasty treat at the end. This class is only for 18 years old and up. Limited spots available, $15 per person due at sign up. Taking both classes, Backyard Sugaring AND candy making reduces the fee to total $25!
