Location: the Plainfield Fire Department Community Room (right next to the Coop)

Come learn the basic two step essentials. I'll be teaching with an emphasis on communication and consent in dance with gender neutral lead and follow roles. We will learn how to approach these topics through using proper form/frame and discussing dance floor educate.

Hard skills you will learn include, basic honky tonkin' two step, Cajun two step, waltz, Cajun waltz, open and closed frame and if time allows, the basic spin.

This class will be useful and informative to dancers of all levels and the more variety of skill present the more we will all learn! No partner needed, just bring yourself and soft soled shoes (leather soles as in cowboy boots work best) $5-$20 suggested donation. No one will be turned away.
