As with all living creatures, different trees have unique characteristics that can align with our own strengths and weaknesses. Join librarian/naturalist Cory Stephenson on a gentle nature walk to learn more about the trees that inhabit our woods, and through the practice of forest bathing discover which ones you feel most connected too. Meet at the Moretown Recreation Fields, and dress to be outside for several hours.
