Montpelier Gourmet Cooking Meetup is hosting out monthly potluck at the Montpelier Senior Center. This month's is the "New Year's Resolution Potluck". Christmas cakes, candies and sauces were great, but with this Potluck we'll remind ourselves just how good light healthy food can be. No cuisine restrictions for this meetup, just bring that one dish you know about that's super healthy, and weirdly yummy.
BRING:
(i) a potluck dish that's yummy and healthy, (ii) a bit of tupperware if you'd like to return home with some leftovers, and (iii) a small card listing ingredients (or the whole recipe, if you like)

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
- Our new (and wildly improved) venue is the Montpelier Senior Center at 58 Barre St
- ALL SKILL LEVELS WELCOME! (We really mean it!!)
- We provide all required cutlery and dishes. Stove and Microwave are available for reheating
- No alcohol, please – The Montpelier Senior Activity Center prohibits alcoholic beverages. You're welcome, of course, to cook with spirits, but we'll need to take a pass on beer, or wine.
