Ready or not the holiday season has arrived! Are you still looking for that very special gift for that very special someone? The South Hero Community Library is announcing its first annual Christmas Basket Raffle and we need your support to help make it a success! If you haven't had a chance to see the many beautiful and creative baskets stop by the SH Community Library during open hours and take a look at the 17+ baskets donated by local vendors and organizations. The final drawing will be held this Tuesday, December 11 at Snow Farm Winery from 5pm to 7pm, and even though you don't need to be present to win, come to chat with friends, enjoy the wine and celebrate some holiday cheer. Raffle tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5, and can be purchased at the library or at the event at Snow Farm. All proceeds will be used to purchase new children's books for our exciting new library which will be opening next year. So if you haven't completed your holiday shopping yet, or just need to treat yourself, we hope you will consider supporting our local businesses and the SH Library!
