Get ready for the weekend with a Hatha Yoga class at beautiful Zen Barn Studio in Waterbury. Class description is below: This class is for anyone who desires to restore or improve their strength, flexibility, and physical and emotional balance through the practice of traditional Hatha yoga. Classes will focus on yoga asanas/postures, with integrated pranayama/breathwork, and meditation, concluding with a restorative segment aimed at promoting physical and mental relaxation. Blocks, straps, bolsters and other props will be used to assist practitioners to adapt poses to their abilities and body type. This class is suitable for everyone and Every Body including beginners and more advanced practitioners.
