The Applicant is seeking approval to construct a 14 foot wide driveway through the WRO to access a single family dwelling.

Sketch Plan Review for 2 Lot, 1 Unit Subdivision – Owner: Donald & Dale Pouliot (105 acres) on 1483 Route 128 in the Village (V), Rural 5 (R5), Rural 10 (R10), Water Resource Overlay (WRO) and Flood Hazard Overlay (FHO) Zoning Districts.
