Nice almost never used 9 by 10 three piece sectional Berkline sofa with two recliners and pull out bed. We bought this for our Family room basement and company and it has been gently used.
Probually could use a gentle cleaning on the fabric as it has been in a finished basement for the last 5 years.

Excellent condition asking $200.00 firm as we really do not need to get rid of it , but thought we may do something different to free up some wall space .
