Get the Most Out of Your Annual Physical: Tips from Dr. Sischy
Learn how to prepare for your annual physical exam, what to expect, and how to maximize this opportunity to be proactive about your health at the Library on Thursday, September 20 at 1:30 p.m. The program is presented by David Sischy, M.D.
Dr. David Sischy attended college and medical school at the University of Rochester, graduating in 1974. He then did an Internal Medicine Internship & Residency at Cleveland Metropolitan General Hospital of Case Western Reserve University, followed by a Fellowship in Hematology at Columbia University in New York City.
He began practicing Internal Medicine in 1979, initially in private practice in Rochester, New York and then for the University of Rochester. In addition to his busy clinical practice he was very involved in teaching medical students and Internal Medicine Residents. In 2008, he moved to Manchester, Vermont and practiced Internal Medicine at Southwest Vermont Medical Center as a Dartmouth Hitchcock physician. He retired in 2014.
The program is free and open to the public.
