Who's Vermont? Our Vermont! Barre

Not sure who the Democratic gubernatorial candidates are, or where they stand on issues that matter most to you?

Rights & Democracy Education Fund, along with 9 other statewide, nonprofit advocacy groups, will host the four Democratic primary candidates seeking the state's highest office in a special gubernatorial forum.

Organizations and audience members will be asking the hard questions on policy, ethics, and the issues that matter most to Vermonters. This is one of the last opportunities before the August 14 primary to hear important details from the candidates before you decide who will earn your vote.

Who: This forum is being coordinated by Rights & Democracy and sponsors include Vermont NEA, Vermont Interfaith Action, ACLU VT, Justice For All, 350 Vermont, Our Revolution, Vermont Center For Independent Living.
When: Saturday, August 4th, from 3PM-5PM
Where: Church of the Good Shepherd, 39 Washington St. Barre Vermont

Democratic candidates Brenda Siegel, Christine Hallquist, James Ehlers, and Ethan Sonneborn will be available to answer your questions about what they'll do for you and Vermont as governor. We've also reached out to candidates Keith Stern, and Gov. Phil Scott to attend. Gov. Scott has declined our invitation.
