Hi neighbors - my good buddy is hosting a book group and requested I post this to our neighborhood. Sure to be on interest to some!

A group of friends in Burlington has received a small grant to start a small book group around the theme of transitioning to a post-carbon economy and we are looking to grow our membership. We will be reading Surviving the Future by David Fleming who was a sustainability author, writer, and activist.

We will be meeting twice in the South Union neighborhood:
• Thursday July 26th at 7pm (to discuss the first half of the book)
• Thursday August 16th at 7pm (to discuss the second half)
