How is it a sizzling yard sale? Because:

1) It's hot.
2) It's fireworks day. Or as our forefathers used to call it, "Independence Day".
3) It's a great day for a BBQ beside your newly acquired Crombie goods.
4) There is cool stuff for sale.
5) Without exaggeration, the best homemade, organic lemonade for sale by our 7-yr-old (comes with a bonus treat for a little extra!)!
