The second meeting of the Route 116 Corridor Study Steering Committee will be on Thursday (8/15) at 6pm at the Town Office (lower level conference room). The purpose of this meeting is to discuss work to date by the project consultant (Lucy Gibson, Dubois & King) in order to prepare for a community forum to be held in September. Here is an agenda for the meeting:

1. Review project goals and vision
2. Review existing conditions assessment. Is it accurate? Is it complete? What more do we need to consider?
3. Discuss future growth assumptions for use in the modeling analysis and land use plan.
4. Plan for the first public forum - date/time, input needed, publicity
5. Issues, observations, concerns
6. Next steps, next meeting
