Jun 19, 2018, 6:30 PM

Want to talk about flavor, aroma and texture like a professional? With just a little bit of help you can start to recognize subtle aromas that provide big flavor, decode recipes using texture and pick out secret ingredients from a mere waft from the oven. Participants will learn the vocabulary used to describe and communicate during a sensory evaluation using elementary tastes, flavors, aromas and textures. You will also learn the basics of pairing foods and beverages.

Join us for a few hours of lighthearted food and fun!

Please register ahead of time so we have enough food items by visiting the workshop page at www.sterlingcollege.edu/snaf or calling Weylin Garnett at 802-586-7711 x163. All workshops will be held at 6:30pm in Common House on the Sterling College campus. $10 fee to cover food costs.
